We are looking for a Home Furnishings Sales Associate to join our dedicated team at Ashley Furniture. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and have a flair for sales, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Provide exceptional service to customers and guests, guiding them through our range of home furnishings products
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, while also assisting with credit applications and financing matters if needed
• Address customer concerns and support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
• Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, exceeding sales goals and performance standards
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
