Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Associate to support its
digital presence through email communications, text messaging, and
website management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy emails and text messages, ensuring brand
consistency and mobile responsiveness
Manage website updates and troubleshoot basic issues while
monitoring website analytics for optimization
Provide support for digital content creation and assist in
administrative tasks for the digital team
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in digital communications, email
marketing, or website management
Experience with email marketing platforms, text messaging
platforms, and content management systems
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with email and web design
principles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and
collaborate effectively with a dispersed team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand
guidelines
