Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing large training initiatives with high
organizational visibility
Administer training programs and projects from start to finish,
ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
Design, develop, and implement multimedia learning solutions
following instructional design best practices
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant
field
Experience creating learning solutions in a business environment,
preferably in the financial sector
Master's degree in Instructional Design is strongly preferred
Expertise in instructional design principles and effective learning
solutions
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and
Camtasia
