PAY: $85-105K annually

OVERVIEW:

Seeking a Commodity Buyer to manage the full procurement lifecycle for designated materials, supplies, and equipment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports operational needs, and collaborates cross-functionally within manufacturing.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute commodity strategies
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives
Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier scorecards
Manage purchase orders, pricing, lead times, and order fulfillment
Support engineering changes and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
3+ years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing
Metal and mechanical purchasing experience
Experience with contract negotiations, inventory management, and MRP systems
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
