Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop commercial quality learning content using instructional
design processes
Perform organizational needs/job analysis and communicate
development requirements
Analyze training effectiveness and recommend adjustments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
10+ years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a
professional environment
Instructional design certificate from an industry-recognized
organization
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and other
design applications
2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
preferred
