Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Control Representative II to
manage onboarding and quality control of new merchant accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Review daily assignment queue for account onboarding and ensure
record completion
Key and sync account data to ensure accurate and timely
onboarding
Communicate with partners and staff to gather additional
information as needed
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in the merchant processing field
Experience in the high-risk payment processing industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Typing speed of 40+ wpm
