Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceTitan Product Specialist to
join their digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain clients' ServiceTitan software and assist
end-users with configuration issues
Lead integration projects between ServiceTitan and other reporting
solutions, ensuring accurate data migration and adoption
Track KPIs related to integration, adoption, and data integrity to
provide insights for software optimization
Required Qualifications
Previous experience with ServiceTitan and CallRail
Expertise in the ServiceTitan ecosystem; ServiceTitan Certified
Administrator preferred
Understanding of DNI and call tracking and reporting
Familiarity with WordPress
Basic understanding of Google Ads, GA4, and GTM knowledge
