Department Lead We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Department Lead. The pay for this position is competitive, with benefits starting from day one. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail, restaurant, or customer service environment, along with strong supervisory or lead experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The Department Lead will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels, maximizing departmental sales, ensuring appealing presentation and pricing standards, and promoting exceptional customer service. This role also involves opening and closing the store, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers, and providing real-time coaching to support other associates. The physical job requirements include the ability to perform various activities such as walking, reaching, and lifting items.
