Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead
the customer in building and implementing their workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation process for assigned clients,
establishing timelines and making critical decisions
Collaborate with clients to configure software solutions and
provide training to ensure client proficiency
Identify and resolve implementation-related challenges while
maintaining accurate documentation of the process
Required Qualifications
Payroll processing experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
Customer service or related experience preferred
Software technical support or related experience preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
