Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Strong background in aerospace/aviation systems
Hands-on experience with technical development and implementation
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

50% Technical - Strong knowledge in C/C++, Embedded programming & Technical Manager skill (Ability to switch between technical and management roles)

50% Project Management
