• Other Details: The Family Practice Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care in a community health setting, managing patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics) with up to 18 daily visits, including chronic disease management, acute/walk-in care, and basic procedures (injections, IUD placement, minor wound care). They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working with vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees. Candidates must be board-certified, hold an active WA license and DEA, have at least two years of FNP experience with recent face-to-face patient contact, and maintain a clean background. Full-time schedule is Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with a three-month contract and possible extension. Credentialing takes 2-3 weeks, and candidates must be available to start within four weeks. Proficiency in EPIC EMR and the ability to integrate quickly into a fast-paced environment are essential, with Spanish or Russian language skills being a plus. COVID and flu vaccinations are required.
