Summary:Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking an additional physician to help with succession planning in our well-established Wound Care department. • This is a full time position with flexibility to offer a position between a 0.8-1.0 FTE.
• Position will focus on the treatment of complicated or non-healing wounds of primarily adult patients. Evaluate, assess and treat patients in our outpatient clinics. Procedures include debridement, biopsies, sutures, I/D, among others.
• Our Wound Care program consists of two clinics in Mount Vernon and Arlington, located roughly 30 minutes away from each other. Our providers help cover both clinic locations.
• This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization. Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an ACGME accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery or Orthopedic Surgery program.
  • Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery or Orthopedic Surgery. Certification in Wound Care preferred.
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by start.
