Description Full Time 12 Hour Shifts $15,000 Sign-On Bonus and

are a 29-bed medical telemetry unit. We care for a wide variety of
patients with various medical and psychosocial needs, making it a
great place to develop skills and solidify your base in nursing
practice. The patients on the unit are complex with acute and
chronic conditions and many co-morbidities. Some of our commonly
treated diagnoses include renal failure (both acute and chronic),
sepsis, cellulitis, UTI, pneumonia, and diabetes. We also have
telemetry monitoring. What we are known for: Our unit is known for
its teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. We prioritize
high quality; patient centered care and we accomplish this through
strong teamwork. Our nursing staff works closely with hospitalists,
nephrologists, rehab therapists, and social workers to develop each
patient's individualized plan of care. We serve as a resource for
management of both the hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
patient. We are also a dedicated education unit and work with many
students from the local community college during their senior

qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- 1 year of Nursing experience. Preferred qualifications:
