  • Additional Unit details: We have two Med-Tele units that utilize a co-caring model: 6 patients, 1 RN, 1 CNA. You and the CNA work together as a team. The CNA takes all vitals/glucose checks, along with whatever else you delegate to them. The Charge RN and Resource RN have no patients and are a resource for the RN. The CNA also has a resource CNA available to help them as needed.

        • Possible Units to Float To: Colby Campus: 10N- Tele, 10S - Tele, 9N-Medical Oncology (tele), 9S-Surgical, 8N-Neuro (tele), 8S-Orthopedics, 7N- Cardiac Tele, 6N -IMC/Thoracic Vascular (Tele), 3A -Med surg, 4A-Behavioral Health, 5A -Renal (tele), 6A -Medical (long length of stay patients), 7A -General Medical (Long Length of Stay patients), Emergency Room 100/200/300/400 PODS-Taking care of inpatient boarders only. Pacific Campus: 2S-Inpatient Rehab-located on Pacific campus, Substance Use Treatment and Recovery (SUTR)-Rehab/Detox unit-Located on Pacific Campus.
