An exciting opportunity to work for a hospital in scenice
Northwestern Washington State as their Case Management RN is now
available! The Case Management Registered Nurse will work in a
critical access hospital setting and provide care coordination
services to patients through cross collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams, evaluating options and developing patient
discharge options that meet an individual's need. The Case
Management Registered Nurse will join the Care Coordination team,
working alongside a team of specialized case managers holding their
CCM Commission for Case Manager Certification. Ideally the Case
Management Registered Nurse will have previous Case Management
experience working with an inpatient population within an acute
care setting. Additionally, this individual will be up to date on
best practices, state, federal and hospital regulatory compliances
and guidelines, have prior discharge planning assessment and
utilization management experience, and hold an active registered
nurse license. This beautiful region of Northwestern Washington is
an outdoors paradise, with hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, and
snowboarding galore. There are a variety of beautiful lakes and
mountains that are so picturesque, the Case Management RN will be
in a constant state of Zen. If the Behavioral Health Professional
has kids, there are a lot of parks and great school systems where
they can thrive. There are also plenty of museums, places to go out
for nightlife, and day spas if the Case Management RN wants to get
even more at peace with this lovely city. The hospital is actively
