Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Payments to lead
their Payment Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the global billing strategy and optimize customer journeys for
self-serve and sales-assisted experiences
Track and improve key billing metrics to enhance efficiency and
customer experience
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate build vs. buy decisions
for billing infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience in payments and billing
within eCommerce or SaaS
Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems, including
compliance and security
Expertise in industry KPIs such as decline rates and conversion
rates
Experience with iterative development and managing trade-offs in
complex billing systems
Ability to create and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with
business goals
