The Manager of BI Analytics will be an important member of the BIT team responsible for managing the foundational technologies and a team of technical staff focused on BI / Analytics and database management.Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and advise on the strategic and tactical direction of UW Facilities BI/Analytics functions through strategic planning, program management, technical systems administration and human resources management.
• Develop and manage a strategically relevant and operationally impactful BI Analytics program for UWF.
• Apply exceptional technical skills in computing disciplines of BI Analytics for the delivery of BI Analytics services.
• Hire, mentor, coach, and support systems administrators and systems engineers.Core Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience developing BI Analytics dashboards and reports using SQL Programming, PowerBI, and other tools.
