Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Legal Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Hart-Scott Rodino (HSR) filings and respond to regulatory inquiries
Negotiate transactions with healthcare providers and maintain contract templates
Oversee internal contract management systems and lead integration of new tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Juris Doctor or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare legal transactions
Fluency in regulatory filings and compliance matters
Proficiency in contract management and lifecycle systems
